Academic Excellence

Every year, around 50% of school leavers are accepted by Oxford or Cambridge University, whilst others go on to study in the world’s leading universities including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Imperial and LSE. A proportion of pupils interested in specialist fields such as Art, Music and Drama, develop their talent and careers at world famous institutions, including the Courtauld Institute, the Royal College of Music and New York Film School.

Westminster is the only school in the UK to see 50% of all results at Pre-U graded at A* for every year since the grade was introduced in 2010. In 2019, Westminster School pupils not only broke school records for the highest grades ever achieved, but the School was positioned at the top of the League Tables, with over 90% of all GCSE grades reaching A*.
