Dr Ji
Biography:
MBA, University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. Having previously been a Managing Director and Chief Analyst at Morgan Stanley, Dr Ji is a Founder and Managing Partner of All Star Fund, which focus on investing in "new economy" industry stars such as Xiaomi, Didi Taxi, Tujia and Manbang. Under his management, companies have gone public through Alibaba, Tencent, Dangdang, Perfect Time, Shanda, Xuersi, amongst others.
Mr Yonghong Fan
Biography:
Chairman of Hongshi Capital Management Group. Mr Fan is the former General Manager of China AMC, with in-depth and varied experience in financial management and fund management. He is generally considered the ‘Father’ of the Fund management industry.
Mr Songrong Hou
Biography:

Mr David Mao
Biography:
Bachelor degree, Masters degree and Doctorate from Peking University. Mr David Mao was once Party Secretary and Associate Professor of Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, as well as Deputy Chief accountant of Peking University and Deputy Director of the Medical Department. He has worked in various departments of central government and local government, and acted as a consultant to many financial institutions and listed companies.
Dr Wen Huang
Biography:
Corporate partner in the Hong Kong office of King & Wood. Doctor of the Science of Law, and Master of Laws, Columbia University; Bachelor Degree, Peking University. Mr Huang has extensive experience in the both domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions as well as investment market.
