Appointment of CWS Director of Operations

February 12, 2020, Chengdu Westminster School officially announced that Shane Frecklington the Director of Operations, he has been engaged in operations and management in China for 20 years, including 14 years at Dulwich College Management International. Mr Frecklington has worked on 13 international schools and has extensive experience in building and operating schools, including integrated facilities management, capital works budgeting, health & safety, procurement and risk management, as well as human resources management.

Mr Frecklington was born in Australia, and he holds an MBA of Queensland University of Technology. With 20 years working and living in a China, Mr Frecklington has acquired deep knowledge and insight into Chinese and Western culture, as well as learning how to navigate their differences.
